Healthcare

  • Ajyad Consulting is proud to announce its successful partnership with the one and only JINSEI HEART CENTER, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in the 5th settlement, New Cairo, Egypt.
  • Situated in the eastern area of Cairo, the JINSEI HEART CENTER operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and has a bed capacity of 51 beds, including 22 ICU beds. The centre is dedicated to providing immediate care for heart diseases, offering accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment.
  • The hospital project has a dedicated built-up area (BUA) above ground floor level of 5,840 m², spread over 4 floors (Ground + 3 floors + Roof). Additionally, it includes two basement floors with an area of around 6,700 m². The total BUA of JINSEI HEART CENTER is 12,450 m².

Identifying potential issues

Certain features, like parking, might be difficult to incorporate into the design, or there may be a potential for flooding or erosion. You can even prepare ahead for any procurement delays of special materials/equipment. All of these issues can be addressed during the pre-construction phase.

Pre-Construction surveys

A pre-construction survey is an extensive analysis of the physical state of the property and its surroundings (adjacent buildings, sidewalk, landscaping, etc.) undertaken before any construction takes place. These surveys help contractors and architects pinpoint potential problems beforehand and help determine whether damage has occurred due to construction activities. These surveys help find major flaws like drainage or foundation problems. Smaller things like grading—leveling out uneven land—are also checked at this point so that site challenges do not emerge later during construction or after move-in.
